President
On the South Shore of Montreal, Gabriel founded Excellence Construction Rénovation in 2015 in following his passion for entrepreneurship. His goal has been the same since the beginning: to build lasting business relationships with his team and business partners. Gabriel focused on his strengths and focused on administration and business development by creating a dedicated team that he can rely on. As a contractor, Gabriel has delivered high-quality real estate projects and has participated in various television programs. He would not trade this life for anything in the world.
Michel Morais

Michel has always had a love and passion for renovation. One could say that Michel, who has been with Excellence Construction Rénovation since its foundation in 2015, is one of the founders of the company. Michel is in charge of the day-to-day operations on real estate project sites and is responsible for managing subcontractors. When Michel is not installing gypsum board or ceramic tiles, he enjoys taking long hikes.

Mélanie contributes to the company’s mission by constantly creating new business relationships. Her role involves increasing Excellence Construction Rénovation’s visibility and enhancing its reputation as a leader in the luxury housing and real estate industry. When Mélanie is not letting her creativity flow at work, she enjoys exercising and jogging.

Omar is the true representation of meticulousness. When carrying out real estate projects, Omar focuses on each task and is meticulous in his work in order to deliver outstanding quality results to our clients. With Omar’s perfectionism and work ethics, we are assured that quality standards for each project are met. In his spare time, Omar enjoys working alongside his spouse Rebecca in their family’s footwear business.
